The Ballard District Council on Wednesday, Nov. 13 will be a little bittersweet for us here at the BNT. Bitter, because it'll be my last district council meeting (I'm moving up to Alaska! More on that later). Sweet, because we'll be officially introducing our new lead reporter and web editor: Shane Harms.
In other news, we'll have plenty of other hot topics to discuss: Possible Metro Transit cuts, public safety and microhousing.
As usual, it'll be at the Ballard Branch Library at 7 p.m.
