Development: Applications for subdivisions, a row house and a 33 unit apartment

The Department of Planning and Development has released an update for development in the Northwest area of Seattle. There are four new land use applications including subdivisions, a row house and a 33 unit apartment.
Comments may be submitted through Mar. 26.

834 N.W. 53rd St.: Land Use Application to subdivide one development site into two unit lots. The construction of residential units has been approved under Project #6371102. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.
6216 20th Ave. N.W.: Land Use Application to allow a three story, 5-unit rowhouse structure with surface parking for four vehicles located on the site. Existing structures to be demolished. Review includes future unit lot subdivision.
The following approvals are required:
SEPA Environmental Determination (This project is subject to the Optional DNS Process (WAC 197-11-355) and Early DNS Process (SMC 25.05.355). This comment period may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of this proposal.
6800 Greenwood Ave. N.: Land Use Application to allow a 4-story structure containing 4,200 sq. ft. of commercial with 33 residential units above. Project includes 14,300 cu. yds. of grading. Parking for 28 vehicles to be provided below grade. Existing structure has been demolished under #6382845.

Design Review
1719 NW 64th St.:Land Use Application to subdivide one parcel into two parcels of land. Proposed parcel sizes are: A) 2,199.8 sq. ft. and B) 2,799.9 sq. ft. Existing structures to be demolished.

Short Subdivision to create two parcels of land.
