Ballard Development: It's the time of the season for subdivisions in Ballard

The Department of Planning and Development announced a flurry of subdivisions in the works in Ballard. Three new land use applications have been submitted. One application proposes turning one lot into four. In addition, the DPD has granted permission for another subdivision. The applicant will bisect the lot.

Land Use Application to subdivide one development site into four unit lots. The construction of residential units are under #6417759. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.
1611 NW 65th St:
Land Use Application to subdivide one development site into three unit lots. The construction of residential units are under Project #6382977. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.
