Victor Manarolla 1917 ~ 2014

A beloved “institution” on Sunset Hill, Ballard, Washington since 1948, Victor died in his sleep December 3, 2014.

Victor worked at his barber shop on 105th/Greenwood, retiring in 1995.

With a smile and ever-present good humor, he spent his life making everyone he met a bit happier and inspiring others with his sincere encouragement.

Surviving are his son, Jerre Manarolla (Charo); daughter, Karen James (Warren); and grandsons, Kevin and Andrew.

A celebration of Victor’s life and friendships will be January 15, 2015, 4-8pm, at the Swedish Club, 1920 Dexter Ave. N. It’s a potluck; please bring stories, too.
