Kennedy Catholic clobbered Tyee, 15-0, in a Seamount League season ending game at Chelsea Park this past Monday.
Sierra Baines enjoyed a big game for the Lancers, throwing a one-hitter with four strikeouts over three innings and hitting 2-for-2 with a home run and three RBI.
The West Central District sub-district tournament takes place at the Puyallup Valley fields Saturday, May 12. JFK opens with a 10:45 a.m. game against Auburn Mountainview and Highline plays Franklin Pierce in a 9:30 a.m. opener.

Sebastian Ferraro scored five goals with one assist and nine ground balls for the Lancers in their loss to Vashon Island this past Monday. Zachary Sleeper had three goals and two ground balls while Charles Bergseth had 15 saves.

Beverly Crock and Svetlana Avanesyan combined for Mount Rainier's only win Tuesday, taking No. 3 doubles, 6-4, 6-4.

Foster opened Class 2A sub-district action with a victory over Olympic last Tuesday. The Bulldogs advance to play Fife in a 3 p.m. Saturday, May 12 home game. Tyee plays at 1 p.m. on the same pitch against Franklin Pierce.

Evergreen's season ended with Wednesday's playoff loss to the Hornets of Buckely.
Kennedy 2, Enumclaw 1
Kennedy opened the 3A sub-district playoffs with a win over Enumclaws Hornets. The Lancers advance to play Capital in a 3 p.m. game at Highline Memorial Stadium on Saturday, May 12.
