Caden Rowland rallied for a team-high 20 points as the Rams beat Auburn-Riverside handily. Teammate Jamil Wilson-Jones backed him up with 18 points.

Class 1A Seattle Christian ran up against Tahoma on Tuesday and took a loss to the Class 4A Bears.

Kennedy Catholic came through with a lopsided win over the Totems on Wednesday.
Renton 65, Foster 30
Renton routed the Bulldogs in a Seamount League game this past Wednesday.
Gymnastics
Mt. Rainier
The Rams captured second place in a close four-team meet Wednesday.
Mount Rainier scored a total of 156.8 points behind the 166.95 score of Enumclaw. Kentlake scored 156.2 points for third place and Thomas Jefferson tallied 155.7.
Kerrie Heckel of the Rams took third place in the all-around competition with 33.95 points, taking second in the balance beam competition with an 8.8 ahead of the 8.6 score of teammate Katya Komissarove.
Ava Welch of Mount Rainier scored a 7.7 for third place in the bars competition.
