Swimming
Seamount League meet
Kennedy captured first place in Saturday's Seamount League boys swimming and diving meet held at Hazen High School in Renton, scoring 413 points ahead of Hazen's 381.
Brian Donohue won the diving competition for the Lancers with a whopping 454.75 points, way ahead of the 296 points of Lindbergh's Tanner Zornes.
Thane Maudslien, meanwhile, won the 100-meter backstroke in a time of 51.26 seconds and took the 100 butterfly in 53.10.
Maudslien is looking for his fourth-straight state 100 fly title, with the state meet slated for Feb. 15-16 at the King County Aquatic Center in Federal Way.
