The Saints scored another victory Saturday, running their SeaTac 1B League record to 2-1 and their overall mark to 5-2.

Shoreline Christian 3, Seattle Lutheran 1
Seattle Lutheran of West Seattle was outscored by Shoreline Christian in a SeaTac 1B League match Saturday.
Boys cross country
4A sub-districts
Mount Rainier captured second place at the South Puget Sound League sub-district meet held Saturday, scoring 137 behind only the 15 of Tahoma. Thomas Jefferson was third with 138.
3A sub-districts
The Seamount League and SPSL competed against each other in the 3A sub-district meet.
Kennedy Catholic came in ninth with a score of 209 as a team.
2A sub-districts
Evergreen of White Center placed third in the combined Seamount and SPSL 2A sub-district meet with its total of 115. Liberty won with 39 and Lindbergh came in second with 63.
Highline finished 13th with a score of 357 and Foster was 14th with 412.
Girls cross country
4A sub-districts
Mount Rainier came in 11th on the girls side of the SPSL 4A meet with a team total of 253.
3A sub-districts
Kennedy Catholic snagged sixth place with a score of 145.
2A sub-districts
Highline captured ninth place as a team with 274 points Saturday, with Tyee 11th (288) and Foster 12th (290).
Girls swimming
SPSL meet
Mount Rainier came in sixth in the South Puget Sound League sub-district meet held at Rogers on Saturday, scoring 110 points.
Friday, Oct. 23
Football
Kennedy 49, Foster 6
Kennedy clinched the Seamount League title with Friday's victory at Foster High School in Tukwila.
The Lancers improved to 5-0 in league play and can only be caught in the standings by Lindbergh, who they already beat.
Kennedy is also assured of the 3A No. 1 berth out of the league and will play a home game against the Metro League No. 5 team Friday, Nov. 6 or Saturday, Nov. 7.
Foster (3-2, 3-5) is in the running for one of three 2A postseason berths.

Seattle Lutheran 3, Cedar Park Christian 1
Seattle Lutheran scored a SeaTac victory over Cedar Park Christian on Friday.
Kent-Meridian 3, Mt. Rainier 0
Mount Rainier was swept by the Royals.
Girls swimming
Holy Names 99, Kennedy 84
Kennedy Catholic lost a close non-league meet to Holy Names of Seattle on Friday.
Chief Sealth/West Seattle
Blanchet scored 105 points to beat both area teams Friday. West Seattle scored 58 points and Chief Sealth 56.
