High schools
Fastpitch softball
West Seattle journeys to the Regional Athletic Complex in Lacey for state tournament action scheduled for Friday and Saturday.
Seattle Christian will be at the Columbia Playfield in Richland playing in the 1A state tournament the same days.
Times and opponents are to be announced.
Track and field
Mount Tahoma High School in Tacoma will be the site of the state 2A, 3A and 4A track and field meets Thursday, Friday and Saturday as the 1A, 2B and 1B teams go to Eastern Washington University in Cheney.
Golf
State golf action concludes Wednesday with all of the tournaments played in Central or Eastern Washington.
The 4A boys tournament is being held at Meadow Springs in Richland and the 4A girls at the Sun Willows course in Pasco.
The 3A boys are at The Creek at Qualchan in Spokane and the 3A girls at Indian Canyon in Spokane.
As for the 2A action, the boys are playing at Horn Rapids in Richland and the girls are at Columbia Point in Richland.
Both the 1A boys and girls tournaments are being played at Liberty Lake in Spokane.
Tennis
The state tennis tournaments are scattered across the state, with the 2A tournaments closes to home at the Nordstrom Tennis Center in Seattle on Friday and Saturday.
The 3A is being played in Kennewick and the 4A in Richland.
Semipro
Highline Bears
The Bears semiprofessional baseball team opens its second season of action Saturday, hosting the Langley Blaze for a 7:05 p.m. game at Mel Olson Stadium at Steve Cox Memorial Park in White Center.
Langley stays in town for a twin bill at a time to be announced Sunday.

Sounders
Seattle visits New England for a 4:30 p.m. match Saturday that can be seen live on JOEtv.
Mariners
Seattle is at home playing the Oakland A's in a 7:10 p.m. game Wednesday before the Minnesota Twins come to Safeco Field for 7:10 p.m. action Friday and Saturday and for a 1:10 p.m. game Sunday.
The San Diego Padres fly in for a 1:10 p.m. Memorial Day game on Monday and for 12:40 p.m. action Tuesday.
Mariners games are carried on ROOT Sports cable television.
Rainiers
Tacoma is in Round Rock for 5:05 p.m. Pacific Coast League games Wednesday and Thursday before going to New Orleans for a 5 p.m. game Friday, a 4 p.m. game Saturday, an 11 a.m. game Sunday and an 11 a.m. game Monday.
The Rainiers come home to Cheney Stadium to play Salt Lake City at 5:05 p.m. Tuesday.
Storm
Seattle's women's basketball team hosts Washington for 7 p.m. action at the KeyArena on Thursday before getting a visit from Connecticut at the same time and place Saturday.
Both games will be show on JOEtv.
Reign
The Seattle women's soccer team gets a 7:30 p.m. visit from the Arsenal at Seattle Memorial on Thursday before going to Portland for 4 p.m. action Sunday.

The Auburn horse track will be open for 6:30 p.m. action Friday and for 2 p.m. action Saturday and Sunday
