Tyee's Archambault, Mack top baseball all-star list

Kennedy Catholic captured the Seamount League baseball title this spring, but the top all-star awards went to the Tyee Totems.
Junior shortstop Nick Archambault of Tyee was named as the Player of the Year and Tremain Mack as the Coach of the Year.
The Team Sportsmanship award went to Renton.
Joining Archambault on the first team was junior teammate Ethan Park at designated hitter.
Four members of the championship Kennedy team made the first team.
Freshman Aaron Barber was named as the second baseman and senior Rhyse Frey as one of two pitchers, while juniors Jared Thurber and Adam Wickler were named as first team outfielders.
Highline junior Ryan Moormeier made the first team at utility.
Other selections were Hazen junior Logan Ricord at catcher, Lindbergh senior Zed Johnson at first base, Hazen junior Drew Santana at third base and pitcher and Hazen senior Ben Hoeper in the outfield.
Four Lancers made the second team in senior first baseman Garrett Schubert, junior shortstop Nick Blakley, junior designated hitter Grayson O'Neil and senior pitcher Andrew Ellingson.
Two players each made the second team from Tyee, Highline and Foster.
Honored from Tyee were sophomore second baseman Spencer Howell and senior outfielder Jar Yourglich, while senior outfielder Christian Stacy and sophomore pitcher David Perkins earned their way onto the second team from Highline.
The Foster selections were junior outfielder Tyler Amin and junior third baseman Mario Stempa.
Rounding out the second team were Lindbergh senior Anthony Nehren at catcher and Renton sophomore Kenneth Harrison at utility.
Catchers on the honorable mention list were Foster senior Mark Schenck, Highline junior Jake Whitman and Renton junior Michael Stuart, while the first basemen were Highline junior Jacob Bleitz, Tyee senior Brock O'Brien and Hazen junior Isaiah Davis.
The shortstops were Foster junior Xavier Cruz, Highline senior Jordan Welcome, Hazen sophomore Justin Tucker and Lindbergh sophomore Sam Nehren.
The utility players were Renton junior Alec Sisaiyaket and Tyee junior Tosh Elam and the outfielders were Highline junior Tyler Terlouw, Highline senior Matt Horejsi, Tyee sophomore Billy Baccus and Tyee junior Austin Wiebe.
Honorable mention pitchers were Foster junior Tyler Amin, Foster senior Drew Jorgensen, Highline junior Ryan Moormeier, Kennedy junior Jaiden Nelson, Tyee junior Nick Archambault, Tyee senior Brock O'Brien, Tyee senior Jar Yourglich, Hazen senior Ben Hoeper, Hazen senior Nathan Ryan, Hazen junior Will Thordarson, Lindbergh senior Zed Johnson and Lindbergh junior Lucian Hernandez.
No honorable mention choices were made at second and third base and
Evergreen did not field a baseball team this year.
The Seamount League selections were voted on by the member coaches.
