This Sunday Nov. 24, the Ballard Bridge will have only one lane open in each direction from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The closure is for SDOT to repair expansion joints on the north end of the bridge.

SDOT explained that they scheduled the closure for Sunday when the traffic is lighter. They advise drivers to allow extra time in their routes crossing the bridge.
