Community leader Earl Cruzen, who is the recipient of the Orville Rummel Trophy for Outstanding Service to the Community and who will be featured in the West Seattle Grand Parade July 19, was honored by King County Executive Dow Constantine with a proclamation naming July 19 as Earl Cruzen Day.
