Football
Mount Rainier visits Thomas Jefferson for a 7 p.m. game at Federal Way Memorial Field on Thursday.

Friday Kennedy Catholic is at home at Highline Stadium playing Lindbergh at 5 p.m. ahead of an 8 p.m. game between Highline and Evergreen.
Foster is at home that night playing Renton at 7 p.m.

Chief Sealth is at home at the Southwest Athletic Complex at 7 p.m. Friday and West Seattle travels to Seattle Memorial to play Roosevelt at 7:45 p.m.

Girls soccer
Seattle Christian has a 3:30 p.m. home game Thursday, while Evergreen plays Renton at 5:30 p.m.

Foster and Highline meet for a 7:30 p.m. match at Highline Stadium.
Tyee is at Lindbergh at 5:30 p.m. and Kennedy Catholic at Hazen at 7:30 p.m.
West Seattle is home playing
Roosevelt at 3:30 p.m. Thursday.

Volleyball
Foster and Highline meet for 7 p.m. action on Thursday as Tyee hosts Lindbergh and Kennedy Catholic hosts Hazen. Tyee is at home facing Lindbergh at the same time and Evergreen visits Renton.

Boys swimming
Foster faces a 3 p.m. home meet against Lindbergh on Thursday, as Evergreen/Tyee/Highline hosts Renton and Kennedy Catholic goes to Hazen.

Boys tennis
Mount Rainier travels to Kentlake for a 3:30 p.m. match Thursday and Foster travels to Renton at the same time.
Kennedy Catholic entertains Renton for a 3:30 p.m. action Friday and Foster is at Hazen.

Pros and college
Seahawks
Seattle is at Washington for 5:30 p.m. action Monday that can be seen on ESPN.

Sounders
Seattle visits Colorado for 12 p.m. action Sunday on JOEtv.

Thunderbirds
Seattle is in Portland for 7 p.m. action Friday before coming home to the Showare Center in Kent to play Kelowna at 7:05 p.m. Saturday.

Cougars
Washington State University is in Pullman playing California at 7:30 p.m. Saturday.
The Pac-12 network will show the action live.

Huskies
The University of Washington football team has a bye this week before visiting California Oct. 11.
