We're decorated for the season from our beautiful show window to the back of the store with treasures for you and your family.  You'll find something for everyone on your list, including yourself and your home. Yoga for the 50 Plus
Senior Center of West Seattle has expanded its health & fitness options. This new yoga class for older adults meets Thursdays, 10-11am. $7/Senior Center members or $10/non-members. Suitable for beginners and those with some yoga experience. Instructor Anita Thompson is a certified yoga teacher with more than 15 years of teaching experience. Class will help those 50 and older stay active and address some of the challenges of aging, such as improving balance and flexibility. Advance registration is preferred, but drop-ins welcome. Bringing a yoga mat and a large bath towel are recommended.
