Two major closures to be aware of for this weekend: One lane in both directions of Aurora Avenue North remains closed from Ward to Comstock streets, and both directions of 15th Avenue West will close Saturday night at 9 p.m. with northbound and southbound detours in place between West Emerson and West Dravus streets. There are also several events including the Magnolia Village Fall Fest Friday evening, UW Huskies play the OSU Beavers for the final home game at Husky Stadium Saturday at 7:30 p.m, and on Sunday the Seahawks take on NFC West rival and division leading Cardinals at Century Link at 1:05 p.m.

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 21:

Aurora Ave North Lane Closures: One southbound and one northbound lane on Aurora Avenue from Ward to Comstock streets remains closed. Seattle Public Utilities work continues and updates will be made when available.

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 22:

UW Huskies vs. OSU Beavers at Husky Stadium 7:30pm

Husky Band Friday Night Rally & Procession: Husky band and supporters will follow a procession through Greek Row prior to Saturday’s game; 9:00 p.m. – 10 p.m.; approximately 200 participants; police officers will escort.

Trans-Siberian Orchestra Concerts at Key Arena at 3 p.m. and 8 p.m.

15th Avenue West will be closed at 9 p.m. to all traffic between West Dravus and West Emerson streets in order to complete work on the West Emerson Overpass Repair Project. All lanes will reopen by Sunday, Nov. 23 at 7 a.m. Both north and southbound traffic on 15th Avenue West will have a signed detour route between West Dravus and West Emerson streets that uses West Dravus, 20th Avenue West, Gilman Avenue West and West Emerson.

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 23:

Seattle Seahawks vs. Arizona Cardinals at Century Link Field 1:05 p.m.; estimated attendance is 67,000.

Green Lake Gobble: the 5k and 10k run/walk is clockwise around Green Lake; estimated participants: 2,000.
The run/walk start at 9:30 a.m.; staging area: West Green Lake Way North between East Green Lake Way North and North 63rd Street near the Aqua Theater. The closure begins at 8:30 a.m.; the course starts adjacent to the Aqua Theater; west on West Green Lake Way North to Aurora Avenue North and onto the Green Lake trail; off trail and onto West Green Lake Drive North; east on West Green Lake Drive North to East Green Lake Drive North; east on East Green Lake Way North; south on East Green Lake Way North to approximately Kenwood Place North; west onto Green Lake trail and finish at Aqua Theater. 10k repeats this route.
