King County Sheriff PIO Cindi West said that King County Sheriff’s Fire Investigators arrested two teens on March 10 for the arson that took place last month at Cascade Middle School near White Center.

The two boys, both 17 years old, were booked in the Youth Services Center for Investigation of Arson, Burglary and Vandalism.

One of the boys, a student at Evergreen High School was arrested just before 8am at the school. The other was arrested at his house in the White Center area.

West explained that detectives said the two boys broke into Cascade Middle School after midnight on February 18th, vandalized the school, and started at least 2 fires. Both were booked into the Youth Services Center for Arson, Burglary and Vandalism.
