Faq's about our Ramen and Kuzuki culture:
Our philosophy is to serve the most traditional, authentic and delicious Japanese ramen that you can possibly have without flying to Japan.
The broth, which takes up to 10hr to prepare, is made by utilizing our unique method of roasting bones before boiling. Similar to the French style of making consomme', We were the first in the Japanese ramen industry to employ this method. The result is a rich, flavorful broth that is fragrant, and full of depth.
Ramen, by all means, should be eaten quickly, the ramen we serve, is al dente', and is served in 190-200 degree broths. The ramen is not meant to steep in the broth, but to compliment the laborious broth we create.
We offer 3 types of Ramen: Chuka, Tonkotsu, and Tsukemen. The most popular dish favored by our guests is the Garlic Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen. It's extra rich with a hearty pork broth and extra garlic. Spicy Ramen has our own mix of chilies, garlic and seasonings. Our Dipping noodles dish is also popular. Tsukemen noodles are eaten, and then followed with a drink of our clear broth that accompany's the dish.
