The Seattle Department of Planning and Development has given a conditional go ahead to a four story, 52 unit apartment building at 4801 Fauntleroy Way SW. This location is directly across from the now under construction Whittaker/Whole Foods project. The project would have one live-work unit and 2,575 sq. ft. of retail space on the ground floor.
The project "has been conditioned to mitigate environmental impacts."
The construction and development application was accepted on 5/5/16.
The decision can still be appealed and as the decision states "Appeals of this decision must be received by the Hearing Examiner no later than 9/8/2016."
