Two four story, nine unit townhouse structures are proposed for Avalon Way SW. The existing structures would be torn down. Parking would be provided for 14 cars.
Dual Land Use Applications to allow two adjacent four-story, nine-unit townhouse structures have been filed with Seattle's Department of Planning and Development at 3062 and 3070 Avalon Way SW. Surface parking for 14 vehicles would be provided. The existing structures, a duplex and a 6 unit apartment building would be demolished. The environmental review includes future unit lot subdivision.
The project is being developed by ISOLA REAL ESTATE IV, LLC of Seattle.
The following approvals are required:
SEPA Environmental Determination (This project is subject to the Optional DNS Process (WAC 197-11-355) and Early DNS Process (SMC 25.05.355). This comment period may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of this proposal.
