A Land Use Application has been approved by the Seattle Department of Construction and Inspections to allow a 3-story, seven-unit rowhouse structure to be built at 6502 34th Ave SW. Surface parking for 7 vehicles will be provided.
The existing structure will be demolished. It is at the corner of 34th SW and SW Morgan Street. It is project number 3026003.
Public Comment
The public comment period ended on April 17, 2017. No public comments were received other than a standard comment from King County Health explaining typical measures for limiting impacts from lead paint if any is encountered on-site during demolition.

Determination of Non-Significance (no environmental impact statement required). Environmental review completed and no conditions imposed. This DNS is issued using the optional DNS process in WAC 197.11.355 and SMC 25.05.355. The comment period was originally published on March 23, 2017 and there is no further comment period on this DNS.
Appeals of this decision must be received by the Hearing Examiner no later than 2/1/2018.
