A Land Use Application to allow a 3-story, 9 unit townhouse structure to be built at 5248 California Ave SW . Parking for 7 vehicles would be provided. The existing structure would be demolished.
Dubbed The People's Court by the developer HYBRID ARCHITECTURE AND ASSEMBLY the building was the subject of design review meeting last Nov. 16.

SEPA Environmental Determination - (This project is subject to the Optional DNS Process (WAC 197-11-355) and Early DNS Process (SMC 25.05.355). This comment period may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of this proposal.

Again with trying to build without adequate parking. I would suggest a 7 unit building with adequate on-site parking. Lack of common sense is why our country is currently the disaster it is.
Since when is West Seattle called Westside Seattle? Also I like how the picture shows 10 cars parked, however the article clearly states 7 parking spaces for 9 units! Both, Lame!
The continuing ruination of a once-great place to live. Not so much anymore. Good luck to the tenants who want to park near their residence. Sounds like NYC to me.
