Host Bethel emerged as a winner over Mount Rainier of Des Moines on Tuesday, Sept. 13, 22-25, 25-4, 19-25, 25-10, 15-6.
Mykaela Klingler scored six aces, three blocks, three digs and seven kills for the Rams in the loss and Amanda Goucher registered two aces, five digs and six kills. Megan Daley had three digs and eight kills and Jenna Nye led in the assist department with 20.

Seattle Lutheran of West Seattle posted a win over Evergreen Lutheran of Des Moines Tuesday, Sept. 13.

Foster finished as a 3-0 winner over the Wolverines Tuesday.

Volleyball
- West Seattle 3, Ingraham 0
West Seattle's Wildcats whipped the Rams in Metro League action.
Maddie Collins had 31 assists in last Wednesday's win, while Ermie Riley had 12 kills and Hannah Burden seven blocks and five aces.
Chief Sealth 3, TJ 2
Katherine Kirk contributed 12 kills to the Chief Sealth cause last Wednesday as Madeline Twobley had 17 assists and Alana Sullin 10 assists and four aces.
Boys golf

O'Dea won at West Seattle's own course Wednesday.
- Seattle Prep 39, Chief Sealth 18, Franklin 13.
Sealth secured second in a three-team match Wednesday.
Girls golf
- Seattle Prep 69, Franklin 46, Chief Sealth 17.
Chief Sealth had Meleena Thrush score 17 points Wednesday.

Volleyball
Curtis slapped a 25-12, 25-7, 25-15 loss on the Rams this past Thursday.
Goucher had five digs and two kills and Sara Westhoff one dig, two kills and two aces.
Boys golf

The Rams were blanked by Kentridge in last Thursday's match.
Boys tennis
Will Desmond won, 6-3, 6-3, for the Rams this past Thursday and Ramon Sharma won, 6-0, 6-4.
Phillip Samera and Jon Cacho won No. 1 doubles, 6-4, 6-7, 7-5, to wrap up the match.
Girls swimming

Mount Rainier took the opening 200-yard medley relay in a state qualifying 1:55.16 time Thursday. M. Kawaguchi won the 200 individual medley for the Rams in 2:15.21 and C. Larson won the 50 freestyle in 25.46. E. DaDalto scored 169.25 points to win diving for Mount Rainier and J. Beal won the 100 butterfly in 1:04.48.
C. Larson took the 100 free in 55.69 and the Rams won the 200 free relay in 1:48.24. M. Kawaguchi won the 100 back in a state-qualifying 1:00.34 and A. Burdine captured the 100 breaststroke in 1:14.38. The Rams won the 400 free relay in 3:55.03.

Football
The Lancers opened Seamount League action with a shutout win over Hazen Saturday while improving its overall mark to 2-1.
