The annual fall festival featuring lots of activities from music to rides to bingo, WestFest at Holy Rosary gets underway Friday Sept. 20 at 6pm (ends at 10pm) and of course on Saturday from 10am to 10pm.
The fun is at the school site, 4142 42nd Ave S.W. in the playground area behind the school and the gym.
You can take part in the always popular Cake Walk and you can earn an hour for each confection baked, up to four for the school year if you'd like to contribute. Covered items can be delivered to the school hall or gym Friday afternoon, Sept. 20th, or Saturday morning, Sept. 21st. There will be a climbing wall, rides, the big toys (inflatables), carnival style booth games in the gym, raffle tickets, face painting,
Hotwire Coffee will offer a special WestFest drink—for every beverage purchased they’ll give $2 back to Holy Rosary.
There will be lots of food on hand including pizza, baked potatoes, root beer floats, ice cream, scones, BBQ Ribs, beans and potato salad, burritos, burgers and hot dogs, teriyaki and yakisoba, salmon and caesar salad, and of course the beer garden.
