If you want to raise the hackles of a West Seattle resident these days just bring up traffic, transit or most of all it seems development going forward with very little or even zero parking planned. The project at 6917 California Ave. S.W., a 30 unit apartment building with "no parking proposed" has been the subject of one community meeting already, and the policy regarding parking was explained by the Seattle City Council.
Now the Morgan Community Association has confirmed another meeting is set. The meeting will begin at 6:30PM and is open to the public. Knoll’s apartment proposal at 6917 California Ave SW has been a topic of discussion in Morgan Junction.
