Seattle Luth. 67, Shorewood Chr. 54
Seattle Lutheran prevailed over Shorewood Christian in Friday's matchup of West Seattle's smaller schools.
Abijah Smith led the Saints to victory by swishing in 29 points.
Cody Jones was next with nine as Josh Meyer scored eight, Ben Sanders six, Ryan Okabayashi five, Roberto Duenaz four and Garret Bell one.
Jordan King was the leader for Shorewood Christian with 19 points and Micah Lorenz also reached double figures with 12.
Jovi Fevaleaki added nine, Stan Domingo seven, JJ Young five and Cameron Akers two.

Girls basketball
Seattle Luth. 45, Shorewood Chr. 34
Seattle Lutheran and Shorewood Christian also met in girls basketball Friday, with Seattle Lutheran winning that game by a 45-34 score.
Abby Sanders tossed in 22 points to lead Seattle Lutheran and Hailey Meyer scored 12. Olivia Wake scored eight and Emma Shubbe three.
Natalie Jones finished with 15 for Shorewood Christian and Kayla Gonzales knocked in 12. Nicole Jones chipped in five and Staylia Domingo added two.

Saturday, Dec. 21
Boys basketball
Seattle Luth. 66, Concrete 56
Seattle Lutheran played again Saturday, beating Concrete by a 66-56 score.
Smith enjoyed another big game with 35 points and Meyer swished in 16. Cody Jones scored seven, Roberto Duenaz four and Ban Sanders four.

West Seattle 66, Auburn 61
West Seattle edged Auburn by five points in a non-league game played Saturday.
The Wildcats were led by the 24 points of DeAndre Love as Malachi Cain scored 15 and Ruslan Burduzha 14.
Raphael Jackson knocked in nine and Spenser Elder and Joe Hey hit two apiece.
