High schools
Boys basketball
Shorewood Christian will host Three Rivers Christian for a 5:30 p.m. game Friday, then Foster will entertain Charles Wright at 3:45 p.m. Saturday.
Also on Saturday, Seattle Lutheran gets a 4 p.m. visit from Shoreline Christian, Highline visits Nathan Hale at 7 p.m. and Seattle Christian goes to Interlake for a 7:30 p.m. game.
Foster hosts a team from Australia at 7 p.m. Monday as Evergreen entertains Decatur and Shorewood Christian visits Christian Faith Center.
SCS is home against Life Christian at 7 p.m. Tuesday and Seattle Lutheran will be at Christian Faith Center at the same time.
At 7:30 p.m. Tuesday Chief Sealth hosts Garfield and West Seattle hosts O'Dea.
Girls basketball
Shorewood Christian will be at home playing Three Rivers Christian at 4 p.m. Friday and Mount Rainier travels to Interlake for a 7 p.m. game Friday.
Seattle Lutheran hosts Shoreline Christian at 2:30 p.m. Saturday and SCS entertains Kentlake at 3 p.m.
Monday's schedule has Tyee at home against Sammamish and Foster at Rainier Beach at 7 p.m.
Shorewood Christian visits Christian Faith Center at 5:30 p.m. that day.
Tuesday Mount Rainier visits Todd Beamer at 7 p.m. as Evergreen goes to Decatur and Highline to Bellevue Christian. SCS hosts Life Christian at 5:15 p.m.
Wrestling
Highline and Kennedy travel to Franklin Pierce for a 10 a.m. tournament Saturday and Mount Rainier participates in the All-South Puget Sound League Tournament at Auburn.
At 6:30 p.m. Tuesday Chief Sealth is at Ballard and West Seattle at Franklin.
Gymnastics
Kennedy entertains Evergreen and Hazen at 7 p.m. Tuesday and Highline hosts Tyee and Renton.
Boys swimming
Mount Rainier hosts Kennedy for a 3 p.m. meet Tuesday.
Pros and college
Seahawks
Seattle drew a first round bye for the playoffs this weekend before hosting Arizona, Carolina or Detroit at 5:15 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 10. Channel 13 will carry that game live.
Thunderbirds
Seattle visits Portland for an 8 p.m. game Wednesday before hosting the Tri-City Americans at 7:35 p.m. Friday at the Showare Center in Kent. The Thunderbirds go to Portland again at 5 p.m. Sunday.
Husky football
The University of Washington plays Oklahoma State in the Cactus Bowl at 7:15 p.m. Friday on ESPN.
Husky men's basketball
The Pac-10 regular season opens Friday for the UW at California at 7 p.m. before the Huskies visit Stanford at the same time Sunday.
Husky women's basketball
The Huskies open at Arizona State at 1 p.m. Saturday before they visit Arizona at 5 p.m. Monday,
Cougar men's basketball
Washington State University is at Stanford for a noon game Friday before going to California at 3 p.m. Sunday.
Cougar women's basketball
The Cougars are at Arizona for 1 p.m. action Saturday and at Arizona State at 7 p.m. Monday.
