Power outage knocked out the lights for nearly 2100 customers on Feb. 27.

Power was restored
Update 6:35am
Outage now down to 240 just south of Roxbury concentrated on 9th Ave SW down to 100th SW. The outage in West Seattle and White Center was caused a switch failure. Crew are replacing it; estimated time until full restoration: ~1 PM
Update 5:45am
According to City Light power has been restored to ~1,600 in West Seattle. ~500 remain without power in White Center.
Original Post
A power outage hit parts of West Seattle, White Center and parts of South Park around 4:25am on Monday. The outage was caused by a equipment failure according to City Light with an estimated repair time of 11:00am.
The outage extended from Brandon Street SW at the northern edge centering on 17th and 18th Ave SW in Delridge but not affecting South Seattle College one street to the east, then extending over to 13th and 14th SW.
Then the outage snaked along 9th Ave SW in Highland Park across Roxbury down to 107th SW.
An area of South Park was also out centering near Holden Street South from South Myrtle Street down to South Rose Street.
