Colliers International has announced the sale of the Holden Apartments, a West Seattle 23-unit multifamily property that closed on January 19, 2018 for $4.2 million. The apartments are located at the intersection of HIghland Park Way SW, SW Austin Street and Holden Street.
The sale price establishes a new area high of $182,600 per unit, and $242 per net rentable square foot.
This was the first time the Holden Apartments had been on the market in 30 years.
Consisting of 19-one bedroom units and 4-two bedroom units, the Holden Apartments is situated in the rapidly developing neighborhood of Highland Park due to its close proximity to downtown Seattle and easy access to amenities throughout West Seattle.
Each unit has large floor plans, a private balcony or patio, natural lighting and plenty of parking.
