First, I would like to say to her family I am so sorry this happened. I can't imagine the enormity of what you are going through.

Second, the right on red at 128th and Ambaum needs to be revoked! I live in the area and have had several near collisions at this intersection. Does this accident mean this poor woman's death may be the catalyst for addressing the issue at this intersection and changing it to no right on red? Same goes for 148th and Ambaum--another tragedy waiting to happen.

My cousin was the woman killed in this accident. She leaves behind a 2 year old girl, and a family that will miss her very much. She was like a sister to me. May she find peace.

i was pumping gas at the shell station and seen the whole thing happen ran and tried to help the lady but was too late already =( im hoping the poor little dog that was also in the van is ok he was obviously freaking out. very sorry for you and the rest of your families loss.

I was there. I was sitting at the light. I didn't see the truck turn the corner. I ran up to the corner to see if I could open the doors. They were locked and none would open. There was a baby seat in the back and I looked for the baby. I couldn't see it. I broke the driver's side window to try to open the doors and look for a baby. I am glad there was no child in the car and I am sorry for your loss.
